Service Description

In my flexibility lessons, I focus specifically on helping students improve their splits and back flexibility. Through targeted stretches and exercises, I guide them in working towards achieving a deeper, more controlled split, as well as enhancing their back flexibility for smoother, more fluid movements. The lessons include a combination of dynamic stretches, static holds, and mobility exercises to gradually increase range of motion, prevent injuries, and improve posture. With consistent practice, students will see progress in both their splits and back flexibility, unlocking their full potential at a pace that suits them.
